NØA + GINGER offers free shipping on all orders over CHF150 to any destination within Switzerland and Lichtenstein. We pack every order by ourselves with love, so please allow 7-10 business days for arrivals. Orders leave our warehouse in Rapperswil-Jona, SG. Shipping will be carried out by Swiss Post.
DO YOU NEED IT RIGHT NOW?
Well, we unfortunately don't have any time machine but we will happily do our best to expedite your order. Please just email email@example.com explaining us all the details and and we’ll do everything we can to get your package to you on time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & EXCEPTIONS:
We are happy to ship within Europe. Shipping will be carried out through Swiss post and its European partner companies, using the service "PostPac International" and "MaxiBrief". The shipping costs will be added to the product during checkout, depending on the destination. Additional VAT taxes or custom that vary from country to country, will be charged to the customer directly by the transport company.
WE GIVE OUR WORD:
It can happen for any reason, that you are not totally happy with your order. If this should be the case, we will do everything we can to make it right. We offer you the option to return the product within 15 days, from date of delivery. We will gladly accept the return of any new, undamaged good. Product costs will be refunded to 100%. Shipping costs won't be refunded.
SOMETHING GOES WRONG:
Despite the utmost care and correct packaging materials, products might get broken during transport. If this happens, please send us pictures of the broken contents including the packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org for verification. By adding pictures it’s much easier for us to understand what went wrong and how we can improve in the future. Product costs and Shipping costs will be refunded.
